1 cup melted butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon ice water
3/4 cup chopped pecans

今年圣诞,少不了餐后甜点,于是我自告奋勇,准备向婆婆学习这道甜点。想不到这款甜点的做法超级简单!全部工具就是一个搅拌棒!

1. Ingredients|准备工具和材料
好吃的甜点并不代表难做,看看,准备的食材就这几样!
1 cup melted butter 融化好的黄油
1/2 cup powdered sugar 粉状白糖
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 香草精
2 1/4 cup flour 面粉
1/4 teaspoon salt 盐
1 1/2 tablespoon ice water 冰水
3/4 cup chopped pecans 切碎的胡桃(超市有卖提前切碎的)

2. How to make pecan balls|做法
1. 放入融化好的黄油、糖,充分搅拌
2. 加入香草精,搅拌
3. 加入面粉、盐,加入水,搅拌
4. 最后加入胡桃
5. 全部充分搅拌
6. 把混合物做成球状
7. 放入提前预热好的烤箱350华氏度,中层,10-12分钟左右。
8. 出炉后,趁热,注意别烫到手,把球放到糖粉里面打几个滚😂
是不是超级简单??

裹雪球的时候,我忍不住香,先吃了一颗😂
喜欢甜的糖粉可以多裹几层。我怕腰围太粗就只裹一层薄薄的。
